Tecture offers an email gateway service as part of our ticket platform.
To use this, please update the SPF record by adding hyperion.tecture.com as a trusted email server. For example, if you use gmail for your email service, you probably already have an SPF record that includes _spf.google.com. Please add hyperion.tecture.com to this record as follows:
